Lynn was beautiful inside and out. As a girl I aspired to be like Lynn. She was five years older than myself and Jane. We’d wait at Hemsworth Court for her to come home from Barkers. Pristine in her white Lancôme uniform, smelling gorgeous and perfectly made up. Sometimes she’d have samples for us and I always thought “I hope I’m like Lynn when I grow up”. She never let me down.
